Frequently Asked Questions

01

Where are you based?

The interesting thing about me is that I'm not! I travel around the world while taking awesome pet photos of your pets. This means no matter where you are, you can register your interest and if I plan to visit your area, you'll be the first to know!

02

How long does it take for my photos to be edited and delivered?

After completion of the shoot, I aim to get finished photos to my clients within no longer than 7 days. All images will be fully edited and presented in a web based client gallery. If a 7 day completion time is not achievable due to the nature of the job, this will have been discussed before hand.

03

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, I have full public liability insurance cover as well as having full insurance for all of my equipment.

04

Can I buy prints from you?

Yes, upon delivery of your finished photo album. You will be able to easily scroll through and add the photos you like to be made into prints, photo albums and more. I will then be notified so I can check your order to make sure everything is in place before sending it off to a photo lab. The products will then be made and sent directly to you.

05

What does a standard photoshoot look like?

A standard shoot will involve me following you and your pet/s around on a walk getting candid photos. If we come across any interesting photo opportunities for posed photos, I will instruct you in how best to position your pet to get the best image. My shoots are always super friendly and everyone involved has an enjoyable time. In some cases, I may bring an assistant to help create social media content but if this is the case you will be informed ahead of time.

06

Do you provide RAW format images?

I do not provide RAW files in any circumstances. To me, asking for RAW files is like asking an artist for an unfinished painting. The actual photo-taking is only a small part of the process and in many cases the later stages are when a photographer can really show their unique style.

07

Do you provide group bookings?

Yes, I offer group bookings with a discount. So if you have friends and family that have pets and want book your sessions on the same day to receive a group discount, let me know.

08

What should I bring to my pet photoshoot?

Please read the blog post we wrote about this topic here

09

What does your fee cover?

You'll be happy to know that we have no hidden or unexpected costs, which can be very common in this industry. Your photoshoot fee of £80 includes my time at the photoshoot, editing time and gives you access to all of your high resolution edited images to download, watermark free.

10

What happens if you can't come to my area?

Unfortunately, there may be times when I wont be able to get to your area to book you in for a shoot. This can be due to high costs to get there, not enough interest in the area or if I have other things preventing me from visiting. This just means that you'll sit on my form until circumstances change and I can visit, however long this may be.

11

What happens when you decide you can come to my area?

When there's enough interest in your area, and I have the availability to travel to you. I will send out an email to everyone in the area who registered to let you all know that I'm coming. I will provide you with the time slots available and request a deposit to reserve your space. Slots are reserved on a first come first basis and in some cases I may not have enough slots for everyone who's registered.

12

Can I bring more than 1 pet with me?

Yes you can bring multiple pets with you to be photographed in the same session but please note that the amount of photos of each pet decreases as I will have less time with each pet.
